Not every company needs — or can afford — a full-time head of product marketing. But when growth depends on sharper launches, stronger sales enablement, or simply getting product marketing out of “content order-taking” mode, the gap shows quickly.
That’s where fractional leadership comes in. I step in part-time to reboot or strengthen the function, clarify GTM priorities, and lead high-impact initiatives. My goal isn’t just to plug a hole. I build muscle –leaving your company with a stronger product marketing function than when I arrived.
In a typical 3–6 month engagement, I will:

Audit the GTM motion — not just the PMM function — to surface where Product, Marketing and Sales are misaligned

Create a charter for the PMM team so the entire organization understands its role, responsibilities, and its impact on growth

Lead or support critical initiatives such as product launches, messaging updates, sales storytelling, enablement programs, or packaging projects

Coach or temporarily manage PMMs, while helping you hire and onboard the right long term product marketing leader to scale the function
Here’s what I believe: product marketing should be measured on impact, not outputs. Content and launches are important, but the true measure is pipeline influence, win rates, and market traction. And alignment is non-negotiable: product marketing only succeeds when Product, Sales, and Marketing are pulling in the same direction.
Whether acting as your first product marketer leader or strengthening an existing team, I bring decades of hands-on experience — from building PMM from scratch in startups to leading 20+ person global teams.
